Osea is the most powerful nation in the Republic, they are closely related to the Hiigarans the Oseans also have been a power house of progress, though not as old as the Hiigarans. Osea itself is a metropolitan planet, much like Tanis and like Tanis Osean technology keeps the planet from suffering. Osean culture is varied, there is no nobility here and it is what you have in yourself to become that makes the Oseans strong.
